To answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If no order follows, we delete it within 12 months at the latest.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our technical providers are Infomaniak (web hosting, Switzerland) and Google (Google Workspace email), acting as processors with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
